Winter Solstice and Yule Women’s Circle
Wednesday, December 20th, 6:30-8:30pm
This is the shortest day of the year, when we celebrate the return of the sun and more light and thus hope.
Gathering around a bonfire, we will tune into our inner light that will carry us the rest of winter.
Then we will focus on our dreams, hopes and visions and set our intentions. We will have a special, magical ceremony and release our intentions to the night sky and the power of the Universe.

Three masterful sound healers working in harmony to bring you a blissful sound meditation journey using vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, binaural rhythms of quartz crystal bowls, the soothing flow of Native American flutes, the rumble of gongs, digeridoos and other unique instruments.
Join Swirl of Sound sonic wellness providers Bob Grimmick (Bob’s Good Vibes), Pablo Ledesma (Percussion and Lungs) and Andy Laub.

A Magical Women’s Circle

Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse, Halloween and Samhain
Sunday, October 29th, 1:00- 4:00pm
For thousands of years, it has been believed that the veil between this world and the spirit world is thin at the end of October/beginning of November.
Halloween and Samhain celebrate our connection to the dead and the supernatural.
Samhain (SOW-in) is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winter. It is part of the Wheel of the Year, seasonal events honoring our connection with nature by celebrating Mother Earth's annual cycles.
We will use this as a time of reflection. It is the time to consider death and rebirth, honoring our ancestors and lessons they taught us, and time for introspection.
This is when we honor our ancestors, we access the open passageways between the living and those in the spirit world, the beginning of winter (time between death and rebirth), and prepare for the darkest time of the year.

Bring and wear for Halloween/Samhain: If it feels right to you, bring a photo of your deceased loved one(s) or a special item. You can wear any magical or goddess clothing if you feel inspired.

Women's Circle and Sound Meditation

August Full Moon and Lammas
It is time to celebrate the first harvest and the bounty of summer and express our gratitude for all the abundance in our lives. We will also be using the power of the full moon to release, forgive and let go of anything that no longer serves us.
We are so lucky to have Bob Grimmick lead a longer sound meditation for us this month. He creates much loved and sold-out sound meditations throughout San Diego. He will be playing various bowls, gongs and surprise instruments.
You will want to make this circle!
The sound meditation will be on the garden patio. Bring yoga mats, blankets, extra padding to lie on, bolsters, an eye mask or washcloth and anything you need to be comfortable lying down.
